There is no specification for this file. robots.txt directs crawlers,
security.txt directs researchers, humans.txt credits people, llms.txt
briefs language models, ads.txt names authorised sellers.

This one is for the cat that walked across the keyboard during a 40-timestep
LSTM gradient test and, in doing so, pressed Ctrl-C at exactly the right
moment to reveal that the forget-gate bias was zero.

The bug was real. The cat gets no equity.
